DESCRIPTION:Instructor:\nLiza Faircloth BHSI and BHS Stage 5 Performance Coach in Complete Horsemanship\n \nLesson:\n1 hour sessions\nMax 4 people per group\nFirst group will start at 10am\n \nPrice:\nFlatwork – Members £20\, Non-members £25\nIncluding arena hire and instruction\n \nVaccinations:\nIn order to participate in clinics at most of our usual venues\, your horse must have had a flu vaccination within 6 months of the clinic date. Passports may be checked depending on the venue. If you are not sure on this\, please ask me.\n \nHow to Book:\nPlease email Nicki Connell (nicki.abroad.15@gmail.com)  with\n1. Preferred level/height\n2. Emergency contact for you – name and telephone number\n3. Contact for horse transport if you can’t drive home – name and telephone number\n \nOnce a space is confirmed\, payment will need to be cleared through the account one week prior to the clinic date to complete your booking. Due to a lot of delayed and missing payments from last season\, and many resulting headaches for several committee members (!)\, this is now a requirement and will be checked\, or you will lose your place. \n \n**All required in advance**\n \nPayment:\nPlease use a helpful reference e.g. DRSnw21Dec\n \nBank Details:\nNatwest – Thames Valley Riding Club\nSort Code: 60-13-35\nAccount Number: 4910 8298\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nT&Cs: \nIf cancellation is made to the clinic organizer less than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson\, the member is liable to pay the full amount.  If the cancellation is made more than 48 hours but less than 7 days before the clinic date\, TVRC reserves the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee (with the remaining 50% reimbursed as a credit) if we are unable to fill the space on the lesson or recoup costs from the venue/instructor. If a doctor’s note or veterinary note is supplied or the space can be filled then this will be waived.\n \n\n(Unfortunately\, when lessons are booked with trainers and venues sourced\, TVRC still incur these costs even if a member cancels. TVRC is unable to cover costs for members cancelling at short notice without supporting documentation).
